Well it turns out that is a common problem and already addressed in the latest. You can download the latest build from the official website and install it on your system.

- Quit restart the app player. You can quit / restart BlueStacks from the System Tray / Notification Area.
- Reboot your computer and then start the bluestacks app player. OR
- Uninstall and re-install the app player. (click data preserve option while uninstalling to save your app data).
